14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If, during the first fourteen (14) days following the Purchase date, you experience a defect that makes the plugin’s material functions unusable, and following your cooperation with our support team we are unable to resolve it, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Conditions

Initial Purchase Only (No Renewals): Refunds apply only to initial purchases. Subscription renewals, automatic yearly rebills, and license upgrades are strictly non-refundable.
Support First: You must cooperate with our support team to attempt to resolve the issue before a refund is issued.
Incompatibilities: Any defect or lack of use arising from a conflict or incompatibility with a third-party software (like another plugin or theme) is not covered by this policy.
Missing Features: Refunds are not granted for missing features. Please test the free version and review the Pro features list carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, discover a better alternative, or realize you do not need the plugin after purchasing.
Renewals and Upgrades: Refunds do not apply to subscription renewals, upgrading an existing purchase (e.g., to a higher tier), or purchasing a new additional license under a plan.
Processing: Refunds are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Freemius. Once a refund is issued, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Disputed Charges: If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or PayPal instead of contacting us first, your license will be immediately terminated.
Events Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for refund requests due to third-party server, hosting, or payment gateway outages.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under these terms, please follow the steps below:

Check Eligibility: Ensure your request is made within fourteen (14) days from the initial purchase date.
Submit Your Request: Contact our support team via email at support@webbhavan.com. Please include:
- Your Purchase Email Address (used during checkout)
- Your Order ID or Transaction ID
- Your License Key
- A detailed description of the issue encountered (along with relevant screenshots, PHP error logs, or site URL to assist our team)
Support Review: Allow our technical support team an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue with your cooperation.
Refund Issuance: If our support team cannot resolve the material defect or incompatibility within a reasonable timeframe, your full refund will be initiated immediately.

Customer Obligations After Refund

When a refund is approved and issued, the following conditions take effect immediately:

License Termination: Your Pro license key is instantly cancelled and revoked across all active domains in the Freemius licensing system.
Deactivation & Deletion: You must immediately deactivate and permanently uninstall/delete all copies of the Pro plugin (.zip files, PHP/JS source files, and assets) from all websites, servers, and local storage.
Cessation of Use: All legal and commercial rights to utilize CursorCraft Pro features, GPU WebGL shaders, particle trails, and designer templates are terminated. Continued use or distribution of Pro features following a refund constitutes a violation of copyright and licensing terms.
Free Version Permitted: You are fully welcome to continue using the free version of CursorCraft available on WordPress.org without interruption.

Processing Time & Funds Arrival

Refunds are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Freemius. Once we initiate the refund, the transaction is processed immediately on our end. Depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or PayPal, it typically takes 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.
