CursorCraft and CursorCraft Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) v2 or later. This means you are free to modify the plugin code for your own purposes.
However, the GPL applies strictly to the plugin code. Our branding, trademarks (CursorCraft), logos, and proprietary design assets remain protected intellectual property and may not be used or redistributed without our explicit consent.
Purchasing a premium license gives you access to 1 year of updates and support. After 1 year, your license will automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard.
Support Does NOT Include:
Your license key is restricted to the specific number of activated websites included in your purchased plan (e.g., 1 site, 5 sites, 25 sites). Attempting to bypass these limits or sharing, reselling, or abusing your license key may result in suspension or termination of your license without notice or refund.
In Lifetime Licenses purchasing one grants you lifetime access to the Pro plugin, updates, and priority support for the lifetime of the product while CursorCraft continues to be actively developed and maintained. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment and do not require yearly renewals, but they are still strictly bound to the Site License Limits of the tier you purchased.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CursorCraft and its licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of our Service or products.
We may terminate or suspend your license and bar access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our Services and receive support or updates will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Services and cancel your subscription.
While we test our plugins extensively, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all WordPress themes, plugins, or hosting environments. It is your responsibility to test our free version or test in a staging environment before deploying the Pro version to a production site. We are not responsible for conflicts arising from third-party code.
In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use our products.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
